OOBE\BYPASSNRO
and pressEnter
. This will restart your PC and return you to the setup process with the option to bypass the online connection requirement. - Disconnect from the Internet Once the PC restarts, open the Command Prompt again by pressing
Shift + F10
. Typeipconfig /release
and pressEnter
. This will take your system offline and exclude it from connecting to the Internet. However, you can disconnect the Ethernet wire or disable the Wi-Fi connection. - Proceed with Limited Setup Close the Command Prompt and continue the setup. Select “I don’t have Internet” when prompted. Then click “Continue with limited setup.”
- Create Local Account You will be prompted for this the username and password of the local account. If you don’t want you can leave the password field blank but it is better to set the password for security purpose.

Method 2: Using Rufus to Create a Modified Installation Disk
For a clean installation, you can use Rufus, a free tool, to create a bootable USB drive that bypass Window 11 login screen i.e. Microsoft account requirement:

- Insert a USB Flash Drive Put a USB drive of approximately 8GB capacity into the computer. What is important to realize here is that all information stored on the drive will be lost throughout the formatting and preparation process.
- Install Windows 11 Boot your computer from the USB drive and follow the setup instructions. When you reach the “Choose a country” screen, use the
Shift + F10
command to open the Command Prompt. - Disable Internet Connection Use the command
