8. Disable Internet Connection Use the command ipconfig /release to disconnect from the Internet, or disable Wi-Fi manually. Proceed with the “I don’t have Internet” option and continue the setup.

• If you’re already using Windows 11 and want to switch from a Microsoft account to a local account, you can do so from the Settings app. Navigate to Accounts > Your Info, and select “Sign in with a local account instead.”
